Making me a believer!
I have yet to find a way to transfer my notes from my iPad
to Scrivener without relying upon the old fashion way ... copy and paste. Each
day brings me closer to owning a MacBook Pro. In the interim, I am learning to
love Scrivener more and more.
In conjunction with a Deep Story workshop I am taking at
SavvyAuthors, I used the lessons learned to-date to build an 18 scene story
structure template in Scrivener. Though my current WIP is little more than a
log line, a synopsis I developed using the Snowflake Method, and an extensive
collection of notes, having the ability to organize everything easily based
upon a proven story structure template is truly a godsend. One of the greatest immediate
advantages to me is I now know exactly how the story MUST begin, as opposed to
how I imagined it would begin.
I am fast becoming a believer!
