Hello World!

This is all very exciting and new. I started on this path some months ago, after reading the threads at AHA and finally clicking on the POD forum topic. After spending the past three months editing, enhancing, expanding, and did I mention editing To Have His Cake (and Eat It Too), I have approved the proof for publication.

Obviously, my intentions have changed along the way; but I must admit, I did not write the story with an original intent of selling it. I have no doubt that I have received my greatest rewards in sharing the initial draft of the story with the wonderful AHA community and interacting with so many readers every step of the way. Indeed, my experience was in a word–Priceless.

That said, it has been a joy revising the story for self-publication. I am absolutely delighted to have my own printed copy; perhaps some of you will feel the same.
I suspect the next few months will be quite interesting as the book makes it way through the distribution channels. From all that I have read and heard from other authors, the experience that awaits me with Amazon will be quite interesting.
